PrimeTech has own on-site Professional administrators and technical support oversee the entire PrimeTech network from the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure 24-hour maximum response time. This state-of-the-art facility monitors all systems and network connections 24/7 on real-time displays, managing faults and repair within our PrimeTech of our entire network.
Regardless of who is on-call, all management staff are required to carry their beepers and cellular phones at all times and representatives from each department have specific responsibilities in case an emergency should arise.
Audio recordings of live phone calls including product sales, lead generation and market research initiatives can be used to evaluate call quality, agent presentations, common responses and specific issues that can be addressed to improve program performance.
Telephony, server, and workstation equipment is connected to UPS for power backup in case of hydro failure. This UPS gear is also connected on a standby basis to gas generator equipment to ensure that we can operate in the case of an extended hydro outage.
